In my opinion, one of global interest issues are the unemployment. This issue has clossed-relation to poverty, violence, criminal and so on. And the more admiring fact, a part of the unemployment rates are Youth, even with academic degree from university. Just to share with and remind You that total sum of youth unemployment is 88 billion. And want to inform you about fact in my country, that it was 40% of Open Unemployment is Youth who pass their study at University, Senior and Junior high school. So, the most basic and interesting question tobe answered is here:
Why are there a lot of amount of Youth/scholer unemployment, even they has academic degree?
I know, there were many research out there taken, but let’s express our view and opinion How to solve this matter.

Personality, people need a peson that has more experience in the work that they will take part in than a person just know what their job is in the books. And there are a big problem in the youth's characters. I don't mean all but it seems it is in the people concept. But i am sure one thing that the youth has a great enthusiasm.

may be education system, that are based on theory rather than practical. Next, our attitude that we don't have Entrepreneurship and want to get job in well established company and organization.

I think that in a lot of ways it is the vicious cycle, as said by the other participants, that to get a job one needs experience and to get experience one needs a job. Perhaps tax incentives to encourage employers to hire more young people so that employers become more willing to look past the experience gap?

Some of the university degrees here like accounting have a full year of work experience built into the university degree. For a three year bachelors degree, students study for two years, then do one year of work in their chosen industry and come back to finish off their studies the following year.
I think that this is a very good idea as when the student graduates he/she will have their degree and one years worth of work experience in the industry. Most times if they do well in their work experience year, the company that hired them offers them a contract to come back to the company once they have finished their degree.
This also gives the student a chance to work in the industry and find out whether the career path they have chosen is the right one for them. If all of the courses offered at university had a compulsory work year, then it would be a lot easier for students to find work once they have graduated.

This is a very good idea and this helps to raise Skilful and Purpose-driven graduates and not just graduates without job experience. In my Country, this is an adopted practice in most of our Universities, but it's not applicable to all departments, certain departments are opportuned to use an academic session (6/9Months) for this Industrial Training (IT) while others aren't exposed to such. I think, it would have been more appropriate if every departments is allowed to observe this compulsory work year becuase of its perculiar advantages!

youth needs hard skill and soft skill to get their job. Plmost all university in this world just offer an hadr skill by learning from campus (reading-wriding-tasking-listening)
They forget to give more soft skill to their student.
Why soft skill???
soft skill is ability to open ur mindset, change it well, and put it to ur heart deeply.
soft skill became other criteria if you find a job.
So--let we see--Do we have soft skill???
