WHAT IS THE VALUE OF LIFE?

Some events happen and one keeps wondering what the value of life is. The US secreatary of State Condeleza Rice once saisd that ' No insignificant person was ever born'. If this is true then a lot still need to be done in the area of protecting human life. i dont want to believe that some people have right to life while some do not- or how do you explain the various dealth penalty that is in vogue. Some countries who claim to be in charge of morals are also seen in this stead. Up till now, some countries practice this so notably that they are not even talked about. They kill for reason so callled crimes of which themselves are guilty, but since it looks as if some have right to life than the others they are not spoken against.
