For one week, millions of young people around the world will join a growing movement to generate new ideas and to seek better ways of doing things. Dozens of countries are coming together for the first time to host Global Entrepreneurship Week, an initiative to inspire people everywhere to embrace innovation, imagination and creativity. To think big. To turn their ideas into reality. To make their mark.
Opportunities to make an impact are no longer constrained by yesterday's barriers—where you live or how much experience you have—it’s all about who can take their ideas and make them happen. There are a lot of people who don't realize this yet—and this initiative is going to change that in a big way. From November 17 - 23, 2008, the Week will connect young people around the world through local, national and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators.
Made possible by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and the Make Your Mark campaign, Global Entrepreneurship Week will inspire, connect, inform, mentor and engage the next generation of entrepreneurs.

First of all, youth will be able to express their will by joining in, and make another step towards decision making in their countries. They will also be able to connect with young people from other countries of the world, since this is a global event, and probably cooperate and work together on projects benefiting their countries. They will be able to learn from established businesses in their countries, and implement a number of other activities of their own design for the benefit of their community. There is tons of benefits, if you think of it. I mean, there is so many youths in the world who want to make a difference but do not know how
