What's Your Dream Company?

List all the things your dream company would offer, besides money, that would make you really want to work for them. (e.g., flexible time, telecommuting, travel opportunities, cool product offering, creative solutions for student debt, company stands for a cause)? Which three are the most important?

I think a perfect company would have to maintain a balance of things. It would for example offer the luxury of creative output and travel, but also provide extreme intellectual challenges, the solutions to which could potentially change the world for the better. Flexible hours are good too. I think that for the most part, humans are at their creative maximum when they're not forced into a 9- 5 box.

The perfect company has to be accepting, and always striving to make people involved and give them opportunities to share their experiences, they also have to be a place where everyone has an equal chance for a promotion. I know that I wouldn't want to personally work for a company where there was a glass ceiling for promotions. Finally, the company has to have morals, they should try to get workers to help the community, and to improve the place that they work in.

I want to work for a company that makes toys, and send them to poor children for free.

Besides money, the two most important things for me will be
- the position/designation and further opportunities for growth
-how does the company treats its people? its important that everyone is treated with respect and there is relevant participation in the decision making

My dream job has to give me the opportunity of meeting the movers and shakers in the world. Secondly, the assurance of having my job for keeps with the gurante of promotion. Thirdly, my dream job has to be with an organisation whose interest extends beyond making profits to include contributing in making a better world.
