World definition for Youth is Male or Female between age 15 and 25 years. In Africa we can see that it has led to many people altering their age to be able to benefit in some empowerment programme.
I wish to get opinion on this.

I don not know whether it is the world defination of youth that is unfair to Afriacans or Africans that are unfair to themselves. Come to think of it, there are many ways of earning a living apart from cutting down ones real age. In my opinion, I think that this is a product of greed and selfishnessn and nothing else.
