what does the world need for peace?

the world has so many problems. how can we make it a better place? what policies should be adopted? how should leaders be determined? what can individuals do? what about governments? how should conflicts be settled?

* dissarm all nukes--or at least most of them
* countries should address the roots of problems, rather than just addressing the "symptoms"
* education for all--sociology, global issues, and environmental sciences should be taught
* leaders should be elected by the people and should strive to represent the people. representatives should actually "represent" rather than following their own agendas.
* prison systems should focus on reforming inmates--giving them skills to survive in the world and teaching empathy and understanding

I used to think of world peace as economic stability but as soon as i thought of super-powers and the like with overall economic prosperity leading to the possession and proliferation of nuclear weapons, it got completely reversed.
Although you can't ignore the fact that there are some countries who demand destructive power besides rather than such a prosperity.
I'm thinking if there is a need for long-term peace we need to educate and give people understanding of each others' values. This is really the fundamental idea which could be divided further for action plans and governmental policies if those governments unite in one stand, but that's what we need to do first, right?
You have a good list in there.

Will you be ok if someone said you are a slut?? Same thing here.. if you said others like that they won't like it too.
So if there is a understanding between one another, the world will be in peace! Loving one another as our own siblings and they world will be peaceful.
PS. sorry if my exam seems to be rude.

PEACE PEACE PEACE.
THOUGH ITZ NEVER A WRONG IDEA FOR PEACE TO REIGN IN EVERY PART OF THE WORLD. BUT I DON'T REALLY THINK IT WOULD EVER WORK OUT FOR US LIVING ON EARTH.
COS WE GET OFFENDED EVERY SECOND ,MINUTE,HOUR OF THE DAY AND OUR REACTIONS TOWARDS BEING OFFENDED MATTERS IN THIS CASE.
BELIEVE ME ,PEACE DOES NOT EXIST IN EVERY HOME ,FAMILY,TOWN,STATE EVEN COUNTRY.
IF IT DOES THEN PEACE IN THE WORLD WOULD BE NO TOPIC .
BUT,THERE IS A SAYING THAT GOES LIKE THIS " CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME " SO IF WE COULD PUT THIS SAYING INTO PRACTICE THEN PEACE WOULD AWAYS REIGN IN OUR HOME THEN WE CAN NOW TALK OF IT TO REIGN STATES AND COUNTRIES TOO.
HOPE SOMEDAY WE WILL LIVE WITHOUT HAVING AN ENEMY.

If a MAN is really, really, really HUNGRY U WILL DO ALMOST, IF NOT, ANY THING, FOR A CRUMB 2 EAT.
Jesus of Nazareth, told Us, "if U seek me, Feed the Hungry, Heal the Lame, Shelter the Homeless, Protect the Weak," and WE all Reply, "Who, Me.
If U read the 1st 1/2 of the 1st page of Genisis, U should notice there are atleast 2 discussing as to what will become of man after WE eat the Fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. Well the only other that is spoken of is Satan. Now I wonder what that means???
Well I will say what it means to me. 1st I think this was a set up from the jump. I think the 2 of them are best friends. I think they want ='s. 2 tell lies about who ate the biggest bug in our earlier LIVES.

The world needs not much for PEACE
If we all would respect eachother there would be PEACE
By being human, we have certain rights and these should not be violated by a government or society or friends or families
We do not have to look so far.
If , each and everyone of us would respect the others ,we will have PEACE in this world
If we would respect and help people from any other discrimination that prohibits their rights, and mental damage, that sickens or hurts we will have Peace in this world
But what is the use of writing about "peace" or talking about "peace" if we do not ACT??

recognition that there is ENOUGH.
there's enough for everyone's needs.
enough energy, food, money, housing, room, prosperity, etc.
there's even enough for everyone's wants if we're smart about it and share.

Well, the answer is not lying on the surface. We have to go behind everything to find the solution. Respect and communication are very important! But in able to communicate, we have to trust eachother. Maybe this is the problem, the gaps between countries today are too large. The hole cannot be filled today, neither tomorrow. It takes many years to find a way to negotiate.

To me I believe the world needs alot for peace.
We all needs to re address issues adequately before a change can occur it would have to go through series of change.All we need is love, care . unity and harmonious accomodation of all members of the world. It is high time we said no to racism,segregration, inhuman treatment and nepotism. There are better avenue to make hopes reality. Let us join hand and bid a farewell to conflict.

I think there are some Agencies that are ruling world every country has some agencies which declare rulers for country, local people can vote some one to be their leader but that leader will be from a group of leaders proposed by these agencies, the leaders under influence of these agencies.
i am sure that individually one can not do any thing about bringing change, if it was possible we would have done many things. We would have thought about recruiting rebels then just using force against them or would have declared them separate states where they could rule or practice their way of life but all these are not possible because secret agencies are active every where, deciding for us , deciding about our future.
I know that English people hate Taliban very much and they think that they are terrorist and want to destroy all world , British people will never think about supporting Taliban.
Or strengthening them to kill other people but British agencies want this because
1) A few days earlier Karzai government declared that they have found evidence that UK’s secret agencies very planning to build training camps in Pakistan so that they can bring Taliban closer to themselves so that they can use them again some time. They said this evidence was in a Flash-stick (memory chip), Maps of the camps were there in the chip.
2) Before this Karzai had denied the Lord Aniston as UN’s ambassador for Afghanistan. And proposed another British Army marshal, I think this is also the clue that he was also involved in some kind of activity, secret activity .
3) Two other British Diplomats were also force to leave Afghanistan because they were active and were supporting Afghanistan.
This is all happening but local people do not know ? so who is doing this Secret agencies,
So I think the only solution is to over throw Secret agencies and establish a complete, perfect democratic states,

So I think the only solution is to over throw Secret agencies and establish a complete, perfect democratic states!!????
But what an be done if you have a democratic country (on papers/theoratically ) like in Germany nd no one really cares about the victims there cuz the news are easily stopped???Reporters are threatened?
It is so frustrating to fight for PEACE especially in these countries like GERMANY which is corrupted but no one really knows about this in the world(except those who has lived there and except the victims)
And this is the a great Danger for world's Peace cuz such countries are preparing to rule the world.Imagine China or Germany ruling the world
As long as we cannot control these disasters in such countries like Germany we will never be able to win peace in this world as we all are only reading news, and top stories about undeveloped and developing countries and these criminals from developed countries are winning alot of time to prepare against world's freedom.
Don't forget the Holcaust
Thsi kind of History is haunting daily in such countries which we know as Democratic countries

Selfish is an obstacle to peace in all over the world co'z if people can look for collective or mutual interests there wouldn't so much crimes in this world.
Look what is happening in Kenya 2 people who are fighting for the presidency caused over 1000 innocent people to be killed, the case of Iraq and so forth without forgeting what happened in my country.
powerfull guys are using their forces to acquire the world wealth and to do so they do not see how they are badly affecting others but they forget that afterall we will be back where we are from so let us think for our acts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
