Recruiting and technology in the workplace

What is the best way for a company to RECRUIT someone your age? What is the most innovative way you have heard of for recruitment of your age group?

Engaged employees lead to higher productivity, company performance, retention, brand extension, etc. What does it take to motivate ENGAGEMENT (willingness and ability to help a company succeed)? What should a company do to keep you LOYAL to them?

In a work situation, would you accomplish more working on TEAMS than you would working on your own? Please explain.

Some companies use wikis, blogs, shared bookmarks, tagging, and other COLLABORATIVE TOOLS to spark INNOVATION among their employees? Would you use these tools? How might they be most useful/beneficial to companies and their employees?
