What makes you an ideal employee?

Would you rather work for just one or two companies during the span of your career or for a variety of companies? Why?
Employees at Google have mandatory “play” time, working in Hollywood lets you meet celebrities, and Teach for America offers you experiences and great perspective on life. List all the things your DREAM COMPANY would offer that would make you really want to work for them. (e.g., flexible time, telecommuting, travel opportunities, cool product offering, creative solutions for student debt, company stands for a cause – like Yoplait tabs for breast cancer research)?
What qualities or skills do you think leading companies are looking for from people your age in an IDEAL EMPLOYEE?
