Would you consider yourself a more issue-based voter, or do idenify yourself with a particular party?

I would consider myself an issue-based voter. Although I tend to go with a particular wing of politics... the actual party changes depending on what particular issues interest me.
Generally I am open to considering anyone or party... unless they are reaaaallly extremely opposite of what I agree with

I don't like the idea of limiting myself to one or two issues, that being said I know that there a few issues that could turn me right off of a candidate no matter if I agree with the rest of their stances.
I know it's ironic, but I'm intolerant towards people who advocate intolerance.

I definitly am more of a party based voter. I gererally stick to one party in particular and vote with them. However the part that you choose to support depends on what you personally beleive about certain issues and you pick the party you have the most in common with, so in a way you're always voting based on issues. But no I would not mark my ballot a certian way over a single issue or even over a couple of issues.I like looking at the whole package.

Yes, I am an issue-based voter. Yet, the nature of the issue in itself is an important deteriment -- if it's something that directly affects me versus an issue that affects a distinct minority in a tiny way and I have nothing to do with it.

I'm generally issue based, although at times, like the present, I'll focus on anything that is NOT the party in power....
