e-business is using the network and distributed information technology to establish a business preocess and relationship with customers, employees, suppliers, business partners and communities. e-business can be defined as using of electronic capabilities to practice e.commerce by using world wide web or internet facilities.
e-business involves electronic purchasing and supply chain management, processing orders electronically, handling customer service, and cooperating with business partners
But, e-business in developing countries, is challenging by two factors:
1- reliable internet access and web based services
2- current and future demand for e-business
the opportunity to solve this problem is by filling the gap in lack of information such as market opportunities, access to financial resources, sufficient capacity to satisfy the quality, and requirements of overseas customers.
