Information and communication technology has a vital role in achieving sustainable development in different aspects. If we want to make a clear change in our life, we have to build a strong society . this will be happened by information exchange between people and through networks of people. So, progress in information and communication technology will benefit at all level of the society.
Youth now a days, are growing very rapidly, and globally the youth represent a bout 50% of the world population. In arabic countries, youth need to be engagaed in decision making process related to information technology. Yooth have to be encourage to share their skills and knowledge in the field of ICT, and transfer it to the benefit of their communities. Also, ICT tools have to be provided by policy makers in all countries.
As we know, unemployment rates among arab youth are very high comparing with general population. ICT development in arabic world will provide new job opportunities for youth. In addition to that, youth themselve are most likely to provide entreprenurial leadership in ICT indistries by crating jobs for themselve and for others.
Policy makers in arab countries should increase the capacity of youht in the field of ICT, and this will be achieved by training.

What an awesome topic indeed.
In my point of view, training is not enough to ensure the employment of this huge number of IT graduates every year. It's about Knowledge and Experience which is cannot be gained unless Students Knows how to use the IT tools they been going through in academic period. Basically, i think we can achieve this by the following:
1- Graduates Estimation should be going through under tuff R&D or Caee Study that prove our students knowledge and how it will full fill the gaps in our markets.
2- Reducing the gap between ICT and Academia is one of the most major issues that represents a nightmare for our students.
3- Arab IT Youth, once they lost the spirit of feeling that Arab countries has no boundries they will build a solid bridge between themm in experience, R&D and other ICT needs.
Cheers,

in my opinion we have to think of:
- as Arab youth living in Arab countries, till what extent are the IT infrastructres helping us in adopting the new technologies?
- If we are proud that we buy all the newest technolgies, are we using the new techmologies to its full extent or we are just paying for it without being able to use it cse of lack in infrastructure?
- till when are we gona be consumer of new ITs and not producers? or creatives?
- how to eliminate the computer litteracy?
- how to fill this gap between the older genration and our generation in matter of IT knowledge? how to prove and convince them that it is a tool of knowldge and a weapon and no need to feel afraid of it and blog it or put limitations on it?
- are the companies in the arab world equiped with appropriate IT and ICT tools?
