What would you do if technology wasn't invented? I know it's hard because we have all the techonology we've ever wanted but what would you do? When are parents were kids they had techonology but a lot more basic than ours today. What would you do?

I would be perfectly fine without technology. Life would be easier and more enjoyable without half of the useless s**t cluttering the world, excluding medical science and the like.

I agree that technology can be stressful at times, especially is you are a geezer like me and technoligically challenged. But without modern technology, about 5 billion people would die very quickly. Throughout the past human history there has been a constant level of about 1 billion humans on the Earth. With the advent of the industrial age and technological improvements in agriculture, medicine and other sciences (late 1800's), the world's population has quickly grown to today's 6 billion and will maybe top out at 9 billion within this century.
The sad fact is that we can't live without modern computers, tractors, transportation, etc. Oh, there are probably a few people still able to "live off the land", but they all are desperate to join us in the overcrowded cities. I dream of a small house in the country where I can grow some vegetables, but my wife doesn't!

Are you kidding? Tech is everything! Anything ever invented is technology. Language is even technology! We'd be less than the monkeys, we'd be like hairless dogs.

i think technology is one of the wonderful thing that can happen to mankind. i admit that it comes along with its own cons, but i look think of how technology has enabled we people to communictae and express our ideas despite the distance. we've been connected and blessed with medicinal inventions.
i think technology also represents that human race is advancing and not stagnating. it gives us more oppertunity and widens our choices and shapes us to be the person that we are today.
i cant dare to imagine my life with out it....
