I would increase the amount of in-class participation and decrease the amount of homework.
I would shorten class lengths and diversify the core courses to include politics, current issues and critical thinking. These courses would be additional to the current core courses such as Math, Science, Geography and Language Arts and would be started at an early age. I believe this is needed considering the majority of youth (at least where I live) have no clue or interest in how politics works (or who their representation is for that matter). They are unaware of the world around them and I am saddened by this fact. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When the going gets tough, the tough get going -Billy Oceans

ammm.... good question... everytime when we arent satisfied with our marks, we blame our teachers. and never think of our part of blame. so... my point is that i would be optimist in givving marks... but also would be too serious at it... and also funny... i think that would make children or( hmmm... that s funny but i will say .. )my students love me and my subject... isn't it?

I would try to build a relationship with all the students in the class so there's no idea of 'favouritism' or being unfair.
It would also make everyone in the class feel comfortable, and welcomed.
