What is the way forward for all under developed countries?

I think its high time the Developed countries help the underdeveloped once to grow on a steady improvement rate with out requesting or demanding a token from them as qualateral.
This might sound crazy but its the truth of this same matter.
If you have to bury poverty in any of the underdeveloped countries, i believe we have to apply this first before any other things.
What do you think?

MDGs presuppose irradication of poverty. However most of the goals, seven, can and should be achieved with little or no help from outside, from developed countries. Fostering collaborations and forging alliances, the eights goal, is where the developed world comes into the game.

this is what the Peace Corps does--helps build up countries so they can take better care of their people. but i hear so little about the Corps. recruitments must be falling. i don't see why there isn't more media coverage of such an important program. if people don't know about it, how can we expect them to become a part of it?

Attitude and self discipline is key factors that are lacking in the under developed country. The politicians, bureaucrats, and people themselves want their own benefits. So, first have to common goal and no personal interest.
