Russia and China 'spying on US'

Russia and China are spying on US facilities at close to Cold War levels, the head of US intelligence has warned.
Both were aggressively collecting information on the US, head of National Intelligence Michael McConnell warned.
US agencies are battling traditional state foes as well as terror groups, Mr McConnell told a congressional hearing.

Yes Chibi - but it ebbs and flows -
right now tensions across the world are rising. China especially has an entire department trying to hack into US defense computer systems.

 i actually smiled when i read this last sentence
i believe and am convinced that everyone is spying on everyone
and if china got a whole system to crack up US defenses didnt you think for a moment what would the US have to counter that 
in the intelligence world failures are known successes arent so you never know who might be doing what until you see the horrible outcome :S
