People, its great working with young people around the world. They have the vigour, the touch and the knowhow for certain issues. However, I appeal to our Kenyan TIG members, I have received only one comment on matters related to politics(Thread ID 25007 & 24935) Its not all about money, but empowerment. Let us not pretend that we will work on MGDs, HIV,ICT and the rest and side step on issues of governance and politics. Governance has everything to do with local politics and foregin policies. This is what determines our role and contribution towards development. So lets participate and rally behind our fellow youth. Commenting on such issues is the first step towards acheiving these . Political participation has not been a prioritised Youth Agenda, but this is our chance to start LETTING OUR VOICES BE HEARD from within the decision making echelons of power.
