Any human being once born anywhere in the world shall live with dignity. It becomes the collective obligation of all humanbeings to ensure such dignity to all. Even if a single individual huan being anywhere in the worldis starving or digging food in garbage, i feel that all of us can not be called cultured people.

A world where billions of people die of starvation, disease and war is hardly 'civilization'.

Yes I agree with you friend. After archieving much in science and technology I think the human race has to turn its attention to the dignity of man.
Human dignity is something that our generation should be credited with. It is an aspect of civilization and its respect should be the yardstick for determining how advanced we are as human beings.
A world filled with hunger, war strife, racism and what have you? Looks to me as a far cry from what we should expect from the 21st century man.
