[Poll] Would u like to be in shape?

Well summer is in the next block and u would like to be in perfect shape for wearing that bath short or bikini... But your problem is you are that guy who are disgusting with your body appeal when you find in your mirror some fat around your waist line... That's a big problem and u feel stress thinking on that...

Solution is so simple and take some time of ur time...First of all u need to identify what type of meal you daily takes and what of It increase your fat percentage... As all of us knows "Fast Food" is the fast way for increasing body fat... So you'll need to stop eating that junk food... Depends on genetics factors of anybody, some meals produces that effect or not... For example chocolates, desserts, mayoneese, soda, coke, beer, oil sauces, french fries, pop corn, etc., are the badest snacks for getting a nice body appeal. So design your own healthy diet regimen with natural food. Don't try to follow some diets as with only intakes of soup or fruits, because our body needs all types of vitamins, proteins and also fat. The smart way is to identify the best for your body without any abuse of It. All types of abuse are bad.

Exercise is also the best way for reducing body fat... And an aerobic exercise the best path for burning fat... Bicycle, jogging or swimming are great for It... In two months I'm sure u'll reduce that percentage of fat. So from 45 min. to 50 min. From Monday to Sunday will be great for burning that detestable roll. If u like to sculpt some abs rocks training 4 times a week 300 abs routine. A 100 for sculpting lower abs, another 100 repetitions for sculpting intercostals abs, and finally 100 of crunches for training upper abs and getting an amazing mid section.

So is time to get in shape and health... Don't forget an appropiate intakes of meal and exercise training are only the two keys for being natural and fit!!!

Smoking is one of the worst things that affected the normal develop and benefits of an exercise routine... our plunges dont have the same capacity for a breathing that is essential for practicing an aproppiate routine... also some of It components stop muscle growing and recuperation... So say "No" to smoke and get in shape and health!!!

We have 4 votes in our poll and "Sedentary Life" option have the first place with 2 votes...We know that sedentary life is one of the worst things to damage our body shape... If u work in a sedentary post walk 35 minutes a day without stoping and you can burn that dislekely body fat... in around one month wink

Five votes in our poll... Be free for voting what you consider increase your bodyfat... Great intakes of sweet beverages as Coke will increase our fat percentage, because our organism transform the high percentages of sugar in fat... So be carefull in your diet regimen and thinks that best beverage is water.. around 1 lt per day of pure water is perfect for helping to build a healthier body...

Our poll reach 6 votes! Find the way to be healthy in shape and avoid that meal that affect your process to be in good health! 50% of this to reach that goal is discipline... discpline yourself and eat healthy meals before bad foods will affect your organism and body! wink
