its a claim with out proof!!
how can you say that !!
out of 100,000 students only 7,000
get addmission's in Universities.
means that out of 1 lack only a few
thousand students have the right
to study further ,other dont have any
right .
out of these 7000 . many are
sellected in sociall science , economics
Midical , engineering and agriculture,
very little percentage study in Field
of IT.
with such a low level of Education
and lettle efforts of Government
and NGO's in this regard how can
you claim.
