Interesting! Had a talk a few day ago with a little boy of 12 and i would respong the way he did coz it impressed me. "To be educated is to go to school, but to be learned is to translate one's knowledge into real life." I go for being learned. To be educated is to go to class and earning high qualification papers and competence in a field while being learned is one who has the papers and lives a life of integrity. Does it make sense?

This is a good question

I would tend to say learned. You can never stop learning.

Learning = Knowledge= Power= Wisdom

As you to continue to grow by learning and applying what is learned you then gain needed knowledge which give individual power to make wise choices in life.
