Yeah i am. But i dont think she even really sees it as that. Not that she doesnt like me...just that i dont think she notices me that much

I'm guessing that if this girl doesn't have reciprocal romantic feelings for you, you still probably want to keep your friendship intact. So definitely don't tell her yet. The "L" word is a big deal, and it will most likely creep her out. I agree... don't put your heart out there until you think she might have similar feelings. We don't want to see you get hurt... or lose a friend!
