[Poll] Technology! The good and the odd about it

Technology has been of immence benefit to mankind, daily life activity can not be complete without the use of one gadget or the other. However several people sufer as a result of this...
For instance the GREEN HOUSE EFFECT is suffered by some people as a result of dumping in their country and the use of CFC"s.
I hope that has we progress in technology we would also make sure that everybody benefit from it and not just the priviledged in the society.
On the long run Technology is very important and i believe that if properly managed it will make the society a betta place.
Is Technology mainlly important to the World Powers
