hello,
i would recommend you to ask some non-for-profit organization (NGO). They often need volunteers. It might be a good start and a great experience. I met many people who began good careers from volunteering. Another possibility is internship. Do not give up!

Having had the same problem and finding out that they didnt think i was suitable as a person for the job, i would suggest taking this problem to an authority. Or next time you get an iterview try something different...see if it helps

act confident, whether you are of not. have a strong handshake, look the person straight in the eye, and smile. talk about your qualifications. you may not have experiance in the job, but you might have something close enough. for example, if it's a construction job, you can talk about similar experiance like building a swingset for a brother or sister, doing repairs, etc. if you're a fast learner, say so. talk about your people skills. maybe you could ask if you could job shadow until you had the experiance you need or get on the job training. hope this helps.

I don't think you should lie about your skills because they might figure out while you're working that you don't posess these skills. What I would do is voulenteer at a hospital or a place where you need to take a lot of responsibility and be very independant. That would impress the job placement.
