Life is short? Life is the longest thing anyone can do. If you dont like the way you have lived it so far, then you may be feeling old. Dont start regretting the things you should have done, start doing the things you WANT to do!! And cheer up, the world doesnt end for another 45 minutes.

i am so deeply in love with life that i cant bear the fact that its so short. (wel it is long but feels so short........)i dont wanna leave some thing that i deeply enjoy.....i am just canot bear the fact that this beautiful life of mine is not gonna last........ .......i am in deeply love with my life.

and look for opportunities to make life better. go up to some random sad person on the street and say "hi. i hope you have a nice day," compliment someone who looks self-conscious, etc. try looking to others for inspiration. who's happiest? what makes them happy? and i suggest watching the movie "Patch Adams". it may help a bit.

What really matter is what you feel you have done at the end of it. If you're sittin up at those pearly gates thinking, as you watch the skydivers, "gee i wish i had tried that" then you wont enjoy that either. U have to enjoy, short though it may be, the life you already have and are making for yourself!!

Whats important is making your life worth it.

Being in the beginning of my 20's as well, I've started to feel the pressures of getting the right internships, jobs, and pursuing the right career. You definitely want to try to find a career path that you enjoy, and hopefully can make some sort of difference with. However, I will say this... work to live, don't live to work.
And travel!!

I don't think you should worry about your age at ALL. At 20 years old you can find other goals for life and even start a family for yourself. Age isn't a bad thing because what would be the fun in living forever? You would never have any goals because you would have no time frame to put them under. ENJOY every moment at any age you are.

In My opinion, many people lived for maybe 30 years or less but they have acheived many great things, and therefore their life meant something , but maybe some people lived so long but they've done nothing, so, no matter life is short or long, i think the most important thing is to live it all, to share it with who we love,and to achieve something good for humenity.

i think that work should be an amplification of life, not an obligation of it. people should try to get jobs where they feel most alive. if you feel dead or worthless at your job, it will affect the rest of your life as well. i recently met a sailor of a tall ship (think pirate style) who seemed to have a good grasp of this concept. it's not the kind of job that parents or teachers expect their kids to take, but it is the one that makes him feel alive.

yea i keep forgetting that htere no fun in living forever...life beomes pointless

Life is an opportunity. To make a change, to have an impact and to fufill the purpose that I believe we all have on this earth. In concepts of time, it is indeed like the blinking of an eye, but through memories, we can achieve one final motion picture. The genre of that film of memories is for us to decide, as we live out our purpose in this world. Most importantly, life is about intrapersonal relationships with ourselves and our self identity as well as interpersonal relationships with others and the bonds we form through them.
