Most of the Cooperation or Development agencys who are there to link communities with donors fails simply becasue they use top bottom approaches. If they could work with communities in establishing the need assessments it would have be very easy to implement most of the community project.Secondly most communities need to be sensitized by this strategic partners, more training on capacity buidling is required before starting the project. Community suffers the politics of fear, not be sure of how the projects will help them in improving livelyhoods. The cooporations need to adress all the cycles of community projects and this will help in leaving the project un-finished and leaving community in frastrations
