what i have realised is that, most fishing communities record the highest child labour offences. Am i wrong?

i dont know but in any case the question i would ask myself is why?
are they poorer? do they work harder than in other professions? etc

yea defentily becase ever since ancient times kids have had to work on fishing due to the fact that most ancient sosity where based on farming and fishing
