Forgotten children

They r the children of miserable people. They r the children of people who r despised and avoided. But...they r the children. U can see them in the crowd near dirty markets, in dark and wet undergrounds, on the stations. Today most of the streets of the cities of my country and maybe of urs r full of them. But can u meet them in the yard playing with dolls and toycars, on the lawn dribbling the ball, in the park feeding pigeons and taking fun of the side-shows? Scarcely. They must carry out demands of their "parents". All period that we call 'childhood' in their life is full of hard and humiliating work. From early morning till deep night they have to beg money not to make the parents angry.People call them 'Gypsies', though most of them belong to other nationalities. They rn't citizens of any country, they don't have citizenship at all-so the country can't send them anywhere. They rn't socially protected. But why don't we take care of them? Why do they have to suffer? What does distinguish them from our children? Can't they rejoice at life, play, laugh as our children do? And why their parents don't take responsibility for mockery and cruel treatment of their babies? U can often see as such beggarly woman r asking for alms putting her infant on the frozen concrete in cold day. In my opinion such people have to be deprived of parents' rights as well. And by this let their generation feel themselves real children, become normal people with normal future and way of living, and stop the generation of misirable illegals turning them into the generation of educated people with citizenship. Is there such problem in ur country? What do u think about it? What is ur idea of solving this problem?

good luck finding a solution. I'm afraid i dont have much experiance with this because i live in such a small town. maybe we could do something like offer the parents a free meal each day if they allow their child to go to school? maybe we could even create trade schools where those parents could learn to make a living in other ways and support themslves and their children.
separating them probably isnt the best idea. If the parent wants the child, they should be given the best opportunity to stay together. we just need to make it possible for the kids to go to school or to make the parent aware of the fact that their kids can go to school and convince them of its value. i hope this helps. I'm sorry that i don't know more about the topic.

I don't think that their parents thought about their responsibility before making children. And I don't think that their treatment is manifestation of great love. right?

These children have parents. Some people say that they(their parents,of course) have their own homes and have a lot of money and jewelleries. but all of these goods came to them by hard work of their children. they don't work, they just use their children . so we can't name them street children.
