I hate Mcdonalds too. I will only eat there when I am desperate. Like traveling.
Most of their food is so high in fat and sodium.

well i have the same problem addicted to Macdonad's meals i dunno why really but each time i eat it i feel so happy lol really their food is very tasty but of course unhealthy and full of calories anyway it's not Mac only most of junk foods have in common this issue " Food unhealty + a lot of calories ketchup bla bla 
well right now i am following a nice system to reduce this addiction i order Mac once a month and i don't order a full meal just Fish sandwich and salade no fries no soft drinks this is much better at least 4 me

You get what you pay for. Food this cheap must come at a price, which is why it makes you ill in the long run.
All fast food is the same. They are not in business to keep you healthy, they are in business to keep you coming back. So lots of tasty sugars, fat and salt.
The mighty dollar is the bottom line so minimum wages and minimum spent on quality ingredients. So not cheese but cheese based product and so on.
If you have to eat it, no more than once a year, ok once a month.

I really don't like Mickey "D's"...i don't know why other then ronald hisself...he is wonderful in the help that is given to children in hospitals...for what ever reason..ronald and the McDonald Org. is Great!! But something about him being the same old clown...jack grew up, got in an accident and almost died, and look now he hangin with small people...and ronald is still in the same clown suit and big shoes but the food at Mickey "D's".!!...the only thing on the menu that i can eat is the filet of fish. http://www.Start-an-Internet-business.net

There's 3 McDonald's within 5 miles of my home here in wales, i know it's unhealthy but they seem to have a hold over you! I give in about once a month... Tasty!

Well Steven, I know what you mean about traveling, it is a safe option but really you are missing out on a lot of great food, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection. You just need to see that there are a bunch of locals eating there and you know it is good.
Come on and experiment.

if everone hates it.. why do so many people go their and eat there? if that was the case then at this time their would not be a McDonalds every where you went.
