Emotional intelligence show people’s ability to make self control and build a successful social relationship which subsequently leads to success since it influences people’s ability to cope with both internal and external problems. While the external problems are closely related with the level of social involvement, the internal problems are closely related with self motivation. People with high emotional intelligence level will be able to control their emotional fluctuations and avoid over-reactions to any life-problems. They also be always embracing to challenges, pursue high goals and not-easy to be surrender to any condition
Emotional intelligence, I believe, is already embedded in people’s mind and soul as “a gift” by the Supreme God. There is not being a similar emotional intelligence even in only two different people.
So my fellows please put your comment about the importance of emotional intelligence in determining people’s success. Has this factor changed the importance of intelligence quality? Or it has only been a cyclical need that will be diminished as the knowledge and inventions of new psychological issue are invented?

I think EI is also when people can control their true emotions, can do what they want and let it be a part of their life. Like not being too upset when they fail but being able to public their emotions, not afraid of what people think about them and not scared of people's disagrement.... ect, it's all abt spirit and mind, don't you reckon????
