Poverty in Africa is a bitter reality. Africa needs visionary leaders to put their "ego out of the equation" and to act dispassionately, driven only by national interests. Only then little by little the continent wil lrecover.

I have read most of what my colleague had written so far on how to break the jinx of poverty and its eradication in Africa. I think first of all it's the mentality that has to be dealt with first. Why? This is the time that most of our University Professors that know most of the stuffs still battles with poverty.
I think it's not just about our leaders but about ourselves, what do I know? What can I do? How can I improve every minute. What level am I expecting to grow in my life? Where am leading now, what's the portion of the improvement am making?
We have to take the responsibility of what's happenning to us and move forward.
Concerning Africa I don't really know the problem yet,I think we need Jesus Christ more. The MIllenium Developmental Goals MDGs seem not working,When I see where we are, where we are coming from and where we are going I discovered that we still have much to do. Let's work more smarter I believe we'll get there.
To my African folks, hold your faith we are moving forward,It looks hard and tough.
God bless us and God bless the global village.

development will always create poverty, it is built into the capitalistic system, 20% of a market must do without to make a market profitable, it's the law of supply and demand, demand must always exceed supply or there will not be enough profit to make the market worth developing
so 20% must do without housing to make housing a profitable market, to minimize this impact in the first and second world more must do without in the third world, this is what globalization is all about
so 20% must do without health care to make health care a profitable market, to minimize this impact in the first and second world more must do without in the third world, this is what globalization is all about
to profit from labor, there must be a 20% surplus in labor, to keep this percentage down in the first and second world the third world must have higher unemployment, this is what globalization is all about
to eradicate poverty one must eradicate the cause of povery, the system of global development promoted by the USA and Europe, and now China and India who have abandoned their socialistic systems, above all globalization must be refused or poverty will continue forever
