Quite interesting.....thr private sector is the driver of any economy no matter the policy of the govt in that place. The govt of any country cannot provide everything for the citizens, they cannot provide the food for all, not housing for all and other essentials. So there comes the power of the private sectors.....make use of the opportunities of the lapse of the govt by investing in these areas......But the govt has to provide an enabling environment in terms of basic amenities.
