Which do you think would be more valuable for a country to introduce, free universal health care, or free universal education? Which do you think has more value?

Difficult question...really.

Health care is essential because a population in a good health can work and developpe itself.

But education is also essential so population can developpe its society.

Health care need doctors and these doctors, before beeing doctors, have to study.

So I would say universal education is essential.

But in African countries where people are dying of AIDS, bad nutrition, paludism, would universal heath care be the most important thing?
I think yes...giving children a good health so they can grow up and access to education after.

If children die because of sickness or bad nutrition before having the age of going to school, education will not be usefull.

Finally, I think health care and education should come together...

HARD QUESTION THOUGH

Education will be more valuable for a country to introduce, because most times ignorance is the cause of poor health.

Yes you are true, I agree with you. Ignorance is the cause of poor health. That is clear, education for health is really important to prevent a lot of dicease such as AIDS for example...so yes you are right *
