SARS and the War. While the SARS Virus is a terrible thing it demonstrates how well the world can come together in a positive way. The World Health Organisation has marshaled experts from all over the world to put their minds and skills together to find a solution to this problem. And the War....would that we could have had such a positive coming together with that one.

I don't think so. The war and sars are two different things. War is mostly conflict which are controled by humans. SARS on the other hand is totally different it can't really be controlled by human.
