Can you tell me why my rate has gone from 21 up to 232 in a day? Any reason for this..?

Hi!
The active rank doesn't update daily, so it is possible that a number of other people became more active during that time.
In addition, because of the way active rank is setup, if you were previously active in one area such as panorama or posting blogs but then stopped, your active rank will drop. It's not that unusual for some of the top TIG members to move around in the top 500 quite frequently.

I'm wondering if something else is at play as a number of people's figures have changed drastically. One of my friends seems to have shot behind 7000 places in one week. Ditto myself. Others, perhaps not as much, but there's definitely been a huge general shift backwards in numbers. If that means that 7000 TIGers have been especially active in the past week, then that's really impressive!

Hi!
I looked into this tonight and there does seem to be a problem. We're looking into it and will hopefully get it fixed soon. Once it's fixed, active rank for a lot of users should change quite a lot, and yours will likely go back into the range that it was before

Okay so I sort of lied.... it isn't broken (I was looking at the wrong thing) but we did impliment some new things that may have shifted some people's active rank, but shouldn't have moved it by thousands, but rather only by a few hundred maybe. We're just discussing it all now, so when we're finished we'll let everyone know what's going on!

No..I'm not concerned over it..It was just a query..No prize for the top 20!
