Slavery is wrong!!

Slavery is wrong. They have an owner that is like controling a robot or like treating a pet. Thats how they are. They always get whipped in their backs. Their family and loved ones are forced to at once without warning.
Good thing that the white people are there. There are always there to help free the slaves. But if they get caught by the slave catchers, they get prisoned. The slaves always dreamed of going to Canada.
They sometimes get mesagges from a quilt. They follow the big dipper or the North star or the Moss tree.
Hope all the slaves are free form all around the world!

slavery is wrong these poor people are being treated like animals at least these days the slavery isn't as bad as it used to be

I think that slavery is a horrible thing. Unfortunately, i do feel that enough attention is paid to it these days, but i feel it should be aliminated from the world!

I agree that slavery is horrible. Slave owners who own a plantation and get slaves must be very, very lazy. He/She doesn't care about the slave's health. Slaves that have been whipped more than 25 slashes thought that they are dying but they aren't. They get these painful bruises all around their body. They have been kicked or punched or squashed like little insects. Also if they get wounded, the slave owner doesn't give them a bandage or so. They just get what they get. The slave owner just care about the money they are getting from the slave's work. He/She just get the money just like magic by not doing any work. I think that the slaves must be free because they are people just like us.

I agree that slavery is wrong. People of any race don't deserve to be enslaved. Everybody should have equal opportunities to anything (or atleast decided upon the "...ism"s). If I were to descibe the slave owners in one word, I'd be "lazy". They feel richer by doing less work? The ones who work are the ones who really deserve the wage. They drove the U.S.'s economy. Working in tough conditions also is unfair. They (Africans) deserve to be able to own themselves. They are people after all.

I think slavery is horrible because it prevents the children in slavery from having an good education and having a good future

Slavery is wrong I agree. Actually me I say thank you for raising this thing so that the world can see.This is a scandal and a big shame from the "developed" world. Babaric slave owners must remember the day of reckoning shall come.

i think that slavery is absolutely wrong. people who are slaves for their owners, act like a second-class person. everyone is technically said equal. there is no reason why some people get to have slaves and some people who have to work for one another. people shouldnt have to work for others that are in a discrimination and disrespectful view. although slavery doesnt occur in this present century, i still strongly agree that slavery is truly incorrect in any situation. no one should be treated unfairly and work for others in a position which no one would want to work as. slavery is wrong.

I agree! Slavery is so horrible and is so wrong. If everyone is suppose to be treated equally then why would there be slaves? Everyone should be treated fairly. It's totally wrong to have slaves. These people are like treated as second class citizens. There shouldnt have been slaves in the past. people shouldnt be forced to work for other people. they are treated like animals. That is such a horrible thing to actually do. All I have to say is slavery is a wrong thing to do.

'COURSE SLAVERY'S WRONG WHY WOULD IT BE GOOD UNLESS THERE ARE ORGANISIMS IN THIS PLANET THAT ENJOY WORK SLAVERY SHOULDN'T EXIST. INFACT IMA NOT SUPRISED THAT MAN HASN'T STOPED PEACE HAASN'T STARTED IN ANY PLACE TOTALLY HOW THEY GOING TO STOP SLAVERY AROUND THE WORLD...
