Wondering Women

They wonder what it is like to be free. Not to be beaten because their shoe made a noise on the pavement. They wonder what young women their age 18-24 are doing in the free world. They wonder if anyone will ever care about what is happening to their lives. They wonder when they will die. Many wish they were dead. They wonder if the bombs will be their only freedom. They wonder how they will be heard when they are making them invisible.
What can we do ? I wonder ? Sadness for these young women overwhelms me, they are not allowed to go to school, they wonder what it would be like to be free.

we care!
having young people caring about something, or someone - is one of the greatest gifts you can give to a people. besides their freedom.
everything is within our reach. we must act as one to do acheive it.
