Sex Discrimination In Work Places

Why are people always discriminating each other because of thier sex. Can't everybody just get along. If you were discriminating someone, stop and think about what your doing a realize the affects it will cause on you and the person you are discriminating.What if you were the oppsite sex, are you able to change your sex because of someone discriminating you? You are what you are. Why is it that like 90% of like construction jobs are male. Is it that that arejust not hiring female workers? I guess we will never know if people don't report that they are being discriminated. STOP THE DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE OPPOSITE SEX!!!!!!!!!

i hear what you are saying and i totally agree! Have you ever been discriminated against sexism? Well, if you did, how did you feel? was there any reason why people would do that to you? was there any way that you could stop them? If not maybe you should have reasoned with them and maybe even shared your thoughts about sexism! Because if you couldnt or cant touch their souls like you have touched mine then they are cold-hearted people and just ignore them. well anyways i have to go but i would like to keep in touch with you and maybe even like to hear more of your thoughts!
