Based on gender discriminatino in work place.-question

1st question: Why are females excluded in certain jobs or profession?
2nd question : Why are males excluded in fewer things than women?
1st question : ex. you dont see alot of women carpenters why?
3nd question : Why is there less men nurses? Why are there less male teacher in elementry schools?

i think the reason for this is b/c the world has stereotyped the job of a male and female( social construction) ........and if u step outside of this social construct, u r rediculed or looked down upon. ex the world says that the woman should be in the kitchen......so if the male likes catering he is deemed a sissy and so onn does this answer part ur ques?
