I would like to know what the criteria for proposals are, who do I send a proposal to, how do you do your feasibility studies etc.

TIG doesn't directly provide financial assistance to anyone as we're a charity ourselves. Rather, we're a platform in which members can find financial opportunities (among a ton of other things!) via our financial opportunites section here: http://www.takingitglobal.org/resources/financial/
