I will speak for my culture; the afro-carib culture or black if you will
Are we saving our culture;
Yes and No
Yes,because there are people who are endlessly fighting to surpass the typical carib stereotype: Loud, Obnoxious, and couldnt speak english to save their lives.(trust me, i've seen it before)
and No, because, there are many people who
are like the bad apples of our culture. I can pinpoint so many, but I'm saying that these people don't choose to break a stereotype which plagues our culture as a whole.
How can we move forward when people are stepping back?
Cultural benefits of my soceity, is our music, it's catchy and plenty non caribs listen to it.
and no we cant live with one culture, why?
because its boring and predictable
and it takes the fun out of exploring things
