Mission
To advance the cause of global education by bringing together the best educators, with international business and foundations, to complete multinational educational projects.

Overview
This initiative has been launched by a group of senior educators within Europe who have worked and networked together over a number of years on educational projects. The initiative is called ‘The Education Foundation of Europe’ but the reality is that the group wishes to build an NGO that can reach out globally to effect real changes in education by:
1.Knowledge transference
2.Knowledge comparison
3.Cross-fertilization and pollinization
4.Innovation and technology

The foundation will achieve these missions by:
1.Carrying out education projects based on international partnerships
2.Educational knowledge transference and comparison, to and from, developed and developing nations
3.Cross-fertilization and cross-pollinization across national boundaries
4.Combine the efficiencies of business with the genius of experienced educators

The management board of the foundation will identify areas in education that can be advanced by the completion of targeted projects. Calls will be made internationally to educators, businesses, institutions etc. to create partnerships and submit projects that answer the calls.

We are asking educators globally to support this initiative by adding their:
Name
Profession
Institution
City/Country

as supporters of the initiative.

Hallo Katulwende Chabala,

I went to look at your profile and I was going to send you a private message but it is not activated on your page.
If you are interested in networking with other African youth in Cameroon, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and more, let me know and I'll point you in the direction I know of.

Benoit

How can youth be provided with the right education and skills to become effective leaders?

Being simple minded that I am, aside from the initiatives that organizations have, I believe the youth should be willing to achieve good education as well. They should be inspired and encouraged to take a step forward. Meaning, given the opportunities, they should not let it pass by. It is one's desire to learn and to be a good leader that makes him or her educated and makes him or her a good leader. As the proverb goes, "Seek and you shall find, ask and you shall receive." We cannot provide them with good education if they are not willing to be educated. We can only do so much.

Education is one best gift that can be given to the youths but it must be based on self realisation.
The standard of education has fallen in Nigeria and I fear for the future our country.
If the youths of any country can't
acquire qualitative education then the future is in danger.
I always encourage the young ones to learn and make good use of their time so that they can become kings and queens who will make positive changes in future.
