Legally criminal! Destroy anybody by Legal Process
February 15, 2007 - 11:23 AM

You can get it as low as as Rs. 200/- the fudged MLC for grievous injuries, simple hurt, and molestations from select city hospitals. Yes there is a channel- no to strangers- yes to racketeers and acquaintances. J.V got it, M. Khan got it, any body can get it. There is no one-way of fudging –not all I know. I know lawyers running extortion rackets are thick into it. Dispensation of justice is not a science. Law prohibits sifting of evidence at the stage of framing of charge, law prohibits sifting of evidence at the stage of bail arguments, law prohibits investigation before FIR and of course arrest. The truth is least likely to come out in cross-examination.
Investigation is not what you might think – digging the truth out in Arthur Conan Doyle style. It is just routine documentation and paper work according to Cr.pc and Punjab Police Rules. Neither they have the talent, nor the knack, nor time and space to dig out truth and never it happens.
If you do not hire a very talented lawyer who must also be inherently sincere and naturally committed to his work your chances of conviction is high. “You are innocent unless proved guilty “ is in the book. The truth is opposite. Once you are in the dock you are guilty, you are guilty in eyes of judge, in the eyes of Reader, typos naibcourt, court staff, lawyers and of course the world at large.
There are hundreds of people languishing in jail, and have languished with years in jail, with their Bail Applications dismissed by all courts in line, and lastly supreme court.
However there is one bright side to it that is full proof that is the safe business of extortion cheating and destroying your enemy safely and soundly and roundly for a fee or no fee!!!

sad problem of the third world! May be some people will not undrstand the issue, but i have seen the dates of 2008 for some cases n pakistan's courts. My conclusion is that the basic problem with these countries is the weak institutions, nd ignorance of law of torts. More than this the concept of out of court setlment do not exist at all. Then the people, here the presumption is that every person is a lier, so no trust. More conflicts raise more cases, more burden on police with low salaries, so fack evidence r provided n courts, a court here deals with 250-300 cases daily, its a question of comon sense, how could he deal with the case justly?

In our court a Session Judge hears on an average 60 to 70 bail applications regular as well as anticipatory. Besides he has to attend regular matters nearly eqal in number. So You cant hope that he is going to apply his mind.

But what I wanted to stress is the gangsters and racketeers making hay in the situation and one of their modus operandi . It is easy to procure fudged medical supports and documents and to implicate anybody for a small payment!
