I have recently become interested in the idea of educating young people in school on how to nurture a healthy mind e.g. positive decision making, stress management ect. and I'd like to know if anyone has anythoughts on this.

well i might have some thoughts concerning your idea for example you might wanna find partenership with one or more of the youth organizations you can hold seminars and even convince thinkers, sociologists and role models to to go to schools and talk to the young people. you can also creat a project where you can print books concerning leadership and education and spread it among school students for a small price.

Many organisations run Life Skills Modules for young people. A lot of material is available on websites, not just for young pople per se, but also with special focus on disability.

Start with the school near you by talking to them about positive behaviour in relation to health. You can also invite specialists in this area to be part of your talks in coordination with the school heads.Trying reading some yoga books on positive health and how you can translate this into assisting the young minds.
