i kind of disagree because Saddam started the war by refusing to let American weapon inspectors construct a full search of Iraq for weapons. If he had done that, the whole thing wouldn't of started!

sorry, i can´t agree. look on the elections, look at the bosses at the oil and contruction companies, look at the way the president talks to public ... "crusade", "axis of evil", "smoke them out", etc.

hmm, what´s going on in the "land of the free, home of the brave"? what do international conventions say? what about the united nations? ... and what the heck is a secret service good for if civilians become victims to war?

just a few thoughts ...

I agree

Exactly. I mean Saddam did let them in after all, but in the end it was obviuos that the US did that meerily to disarm Saddam. Even the head of the weapon inspectors said he was "eager to see if the coalition found any weapons of mass destruction." Bush and his allies would have gone to war with or without the inspections, they just needed a dumb excuse.

Bush is as bad as saddam
April 7, 2003 - 04:23 AM

This war started because Bush told sadam to get rid of his nuclear weapons, but Sadam wouldn't get rid of his nuclear weapons. George Bush also has nuclear weapons so we isn't he getting rid of his nuclear weapons.

In conclusion i think george bush is going to kill us canadians, because this war is probably going to make iraq use there nuclear weapons on the americans, and whatever hapeens to the Americans it also happens to us

True

They both want war and they force men and women to defend their country. That is cruel. They should do their own work.

I think Bush is killing us, as in everything is going wrong! When Bush was the president, The World Trade Centre crashed, the war started and now SARS(I think that is right).

Bush - Good for the USA
April 22, 2003 - 01:44 AM

George Bush is good for the United States and the world's security and development. Unfortunatly, the world is full of mad men (ex: Sadam) that are extremly dangerous for our future and peace. Therefore, someone needs to stop the threat and contribute to a better future, and here Presidant Bush comes in. He is fully obligated to secure the American people, and everyone else as a whole.
So maybe innocent people are dying in Iraq, but many others survive and are very thankful (look at all the parades they had). In addition, the war he got us IN to, took Sadam OUT of power, and if the Middle-East becomes a better place after the chaos is resolved everyone will benifit (it is the center of the world). Therefore, George Bush is good for the Americans and everyone as a whole.
