umm i think some of the reasons of that sterotyping thing is caused by the bad media
like tv and movies regarding the americans who own guns  i think media is the one to blame most here
humans by nature sterotype cuz you dont know and you cant know everysingle human livin in this planet so sometimes you simply sterotype without even feeling it
about egypt wooow they love stories they are very welcoming ppl
you can simply take a cab and the driver start a conversation with you about anything (boring sometimes lol but its nice somehow ;P )
i never traveled out of egypt but i was lucky enough to get international friends in egypt 
i lived sometimes with french and american ppl in one house was a great experience 3 different nationalities from 3 different continents under 1 roof
