I decided 5 years ago that as soon as I die, my vital organs must be "rescued" IMMEDIATELY and given to people who need it. I'll definitely not use a physical body in a spiritual world!
Kindly complete the poll below for a research I am currently undertaking on the willingness of people to be volountary organ donors.

I will not mark it off on my license or anything but i will tell my family and write it in my will if i want to be an organ donor. i have heard stories about if u mark it off on your license...i rather wait until my family knows what is going on and they can decide for me!

Here in the UK you can get organ donor cards and sign up the the donation register. I've never seen any reason for me not to sign up so I've said to my parents I want it done (they're both on the register), and I've been signed for a year or so.
Is it a similar kind of system for all of you lot?
