I would say they both do. Students have stress when they have to study for tests/exams and when they have to wirte up big essays and do projects. Students could stay up till midnight studying and finishing work. Teachers they ahve stress when they have to mark the students work, and near report card time also. There are many students and all their work to mark can be a lot of stress. So actually both have a lot of stress.
