I also think that a lot of the trees are being cutted and wasted for paper. A lot of people don't recycle their paper. Of corse the trees are being replanted but then it takes them so long to grow as large as they were. People can help save the trees by recycling and not wasting paper.

Trees

I agree totally!People are just writing a few sentences and throwing the paper out. Also people are only using one side of the paper and not the other side.We are killing more and more trees each year, and are not even planting more.Trees help us breathe and we should cut down less!

i agree that paper is being wasted but those paper end up being recycled so in a way we are not wasting them, but there are somepeople who just rip there paper crumpling it up, giving the paper no chance to be recycled

Paper is being wasted but were also recycling them. As technology develops we could probably make paper out of something else and we won't have to kill tree's. So the killing of trees is only a temperary problem.

I agree to u people that mani trees are being cut down. Also people shouldn't waste paper. Some of the things people can do to save paper is to use both sides instead of 1 side and people should recycle them!!

I agree with all of yal. I mean we should recycle paper, and stop wasting them. I mean writing a line and not using the rest of the paper is really ridiculous. Also, using the back of a paper is the same thing as the front, except it's at the back. So use the back! Also cardboard boxes can be recycled as well. We should try to stop cutting down the trees, and use the paper we already have wisely. The time we take to use a trees worth of paper doesn't equal out to be the same for the time it takes to grow back trees. Not only are we not growing trees that have been cut down but the space where we should grow the trees is becoming limited. The population increases, in which more and more people use paper from trees. Also, furniture is used from trees. Actually, my computer table that I am using right now is made out of wood. So that goes to show that trees are a virtual inportance not only for objects but also the air we breathe.

I agree with the law that was passed, declaring that for every tree that a logging company cut, they had to plant 2 in it's place. That way, we continue to receive the supply of wood that we use for things like furniture, paper, etc, but also help the environment and plant new trees, so that we can work to fix the damage that has already been done.
