Hi All,
This is my first post here in takingitglobal.org I'm just wandering around here for a while after discovering this website by one of my friend told me. This website is great! I'm really impressed and inspired.
By the way, Now I'm in Japan and will conduct reseach concerning digital broadcasting next year , I found out that NHK television is the major company that will change to digital television in 2011 all whole Japan;however, I still have some inquiries like in my home country(Thai) this digital system maybe need more than 10 years to change according to high costs and people need to change their television in order to view this new technology so I wonder what about other countries like USA, UK and etc....?
When will your country change to the new system or it has been changed already?

Yes, According to what I heard, if it can change, our television will be like our computer.
Just imagine, while you are watching movie, you can view weather forecast, can play game, can search the actor name/profile and also we can choose to ending the story...!!!
It looks like in imagination only...but it will come true soon...

Africans must surely follow, but we will not forget as we are jumping into civilization so soon to remember side effects of carbon and other dangerous gas in the air that acompanys civilization. And the ealier we put such into consideration the better we make plans on how to minimize it because of climate change and it's effect on human.

In Sweden we are now in the process to change to digital broadcasting. We are doing it region by region and I think half of Sweden now run digital TV.
