Streetcats Foundation, One Heart for Kids are joining with the international radio station CELEBRATE RADIO to help other non-profits ad NGOS create radio psas for distribution and airing on not only CELEBRATE RADIO but public and other radio station throughout the U.S. and throughout the world.
